Welcome to AMEHOF's Public Outreach Committee page!
Our Goal
The Public Outreach committee's goal is to make sure all Arizona residents are aware of the Arizona Music & Entertainment Hall of Fame and its commitment to preserving the extraordinary entertainment history of our state.
Educational programs, which include speakers, informative DVDs and special guests, have been created to entertain and inform. Arizona Entertainment History Trivia is an entertaining, interactive portion of our presentation which has become quite popular with all ages participating.
The Arizona Music & Entertainment Hall of Fame believes that today's youth are the entertainment ambassadors of the future. The Public Outreach committee intends to reinforce the importance of creative arts through in-school programs. Inductees and Advisory Council members who have achieved success in the entertainment industry are special guests at these presentations. They entertain the children and answer questions young audiences may have about pursuing creative arts careers.
The Public Outreach committee works closely with AMEHOF's PR/Media Committee to raise awareness of the Arizona Music & Entertainment Hall of Fame throughout Arizona.
News
The Public Outreach Committee is proud to introduce Gary Clemmons, our Northern Arizona subcommittee chairperson.
Gary has been a member of AMEHOF's Advisory Council since 2004. His experience in radio, radio promotion and as a professional musician makes him an invaluable member of our team.
We have our timeline established and will soon add a Southern Arizona sub-committee chairperson, based in Tucson, to our ranks.
Members of the Public Outreach committee look forward to meeting the residents of our state and sharing with them the achievements and goals of their Arizona Music & Entertainment Hall of Fame.
We hope to see you all soon!
