AMEHOF Advisory Council Member Application

This is an application to serve on the AMEHOF Advisory Council. You must be recommended by a current Board of Directors member to submit this application, and you must be at least 21 years of age. The Board of Directors votes on new applications once a month, so there may potentially be a several week delay in a response. The Advisory Council Committee Chairperson will contact you when your application has been processed. As an AMEHOF Advisory Council member, your most important responsibility is to nominate and vote for new inductees into the Arizona Music & Entertainment Hall of Fame. We encourage you to show your support by attending functions and special events, the Induction Ceremony in particular. You'll also be invited to attend informal get-togethers where we share ideas, answer questions, and talk about our projects.
